Responsibilities will include:
Partnering with the business unit internal functions (including Client Business, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employee Resource Groups, etc.) to create communications plans that ensure strategic information is delivered in a timely and effective manner.
Creating feature articles, videos and content that inspire action and create advocacy.
Planning, producing and editing content for a variety of media including email announcements, presentations, events, leader messages and videos.
Proofreading and editing content, ensuring achievement of high editorial standards and alignment with our brand voice.
Partnering with the Corporate Communications Shared Services team on design, development and message distribution.
Coordinating the distribution of communications through a variety of channels.
Assisting in tracking and measuring the effectiveness of communications.
What we’re looking for... You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience Project management experience Substantial experience creating employee-centric business communications materials Strong copyediting and proofreading skills
Excellent attention to detail Ability to support multiple projects and clients and work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience managing corporate change programs Experience in public relations, marketing and social media Ability to learn and understand systems Computer-savvy with experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office software and tools.
Experience in managing CRM/mass email systems
