Global Food and beverage manufacturer in White Plains, NY is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, the capacity to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative tasks, particularly in supporting high-net-worth individuals.
The position is paying up to $65,000 + with the hours being 9am-6pm, 5 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive bookkeeping functions, including client write-ups for high-net-worth individuals.
- Accurately record financial transactions such as cash receipts and disbursements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain daily and weekly cash activity reports.
- Prepare monthly cash flow statements and manage property tax schedules.
- Oversee general office tasks, including compliance tracking, file maintenance, and document scanning.
- Support the Managing Director and provide additional assistance to the office manager as needed.
Requirements:
- Expertise in QuickBooks to manage financial transactions with precision.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing complex spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting effectively with team members and high-net-worth clients.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Basic computer skills are required; technical aptitude is a plus but not mandatory.
