About the Ro

le:
As the Director of Human Resou rces, you’ll report directly to the Executive Leadership team and oversee all HR functions for our luxury hotel. You’ll lead a talented HR Manager and be responsible for hiring an additional HR Coordinator to complete your dynamic team. Your mission will be to foster a culture of excellence, support staff development, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requireme

nts.

  Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s overall business
• goals.Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a strong and motivated work
• force.Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace cu
• lture.Handle performance management, training, and professional development pro
• grams.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and hotel pol
• icies.Collaborate with department leaders to support their teams and drive operational su
• ccess.Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee recognition pro
