Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiations and acceptance.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, including direct outreach, social media platforms, and online job boards.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop role-specific job descriptions and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Apply behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates to support immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Research and recommend competitive compensation packages based on market trends.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, HR teams, and external agencies to optimize the hiring process.
  • Represent the HR function for local office-specific needs, including employee onboarding and other related activities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to high-volume and executive-level hiring, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms, with proven experience utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with pre-hire assessments and strong analytical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor both in-person and virtually.

This position requires a dynamic, proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
