We are looking for Human Resource Generalist to support our field operations in the Alabama and Georgia regions while working with a close-knit HR team. This position will be based out of our corporate office located in Holliston, MA, some travel will be required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Full cycle talent acquisition and onboarding
• Employee engagement and job site visits
• Performance management including employee development, management coaching and employee relations

Must Haves:

• 5 years of HR generalist or business partner experience
• Construction industry knowledge is a plus.
• A college degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred but not required.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification is desirable.
