• Administrator and point of escalation for the HR ticketing system.
• Responsible for ad-hoc reports within Workday based on business and/or customer needs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, integrations, business processes and security in Workday.
• Maintain and design Workday configuration and provide recommendations for process improvements. Partner with the Workday Application Engineer in the design and delivery of requirements for integrations (related to benefits and other vendors) in/out of Workday.
• • Ability to document system changes for internal change management and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Perform key annual processes within Workday but not limited to: Annual Enrollment, Performance Reviews, Talent Management, Absence, etc.
• • Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of bi-annual system upgrades or weekly patches.
• Operational knowledge of how Workday integrates with other internal systems
• Serve on or lead small project teams.
