Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to understand sales team requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier sales talent.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit for sales roles and company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and management.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for future hiring needs.
- Work closely with management to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of professional experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of the sales function and the qualities that make a successful salesperson.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with intrinsic motivation and the ability to be a self-starter.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
