We are seeking a skilled Recruiter with experience in hiring sales professionals to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to understand sales team requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier sales talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit for sales roles and company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and management.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with management to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of professional experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the sales function and the qualities that make a successful salesperson.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with intrinsic motivation and the ability to be a self-starter.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
