We’re seeking an exceptional Founding Senior Software Engineer to join our mission to transform call center communications with cutting-edge AI. Our client is building platform automates call center communications across sales, support, customer engagement, and retention. Imagine AI that handles promotional calls, debt collection, and more , allowing businesses to scale their customer interactions seamlessly.

What You'll Do

As our Founding Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Design and Build: Create scalable solutions for our production-ready AI voice platform, delivering impactful features that enhance our customer experience.
• Lead Technical Initiatives: Take ownership of projects across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure, driving innovation and growth.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with designers and engineers to bring ideas to life, ensuring seamless execution from design to deployment.
• Support Customers: Provide hands-on technical support and guidance, helping clients implement and maximize our solutions.

Who You Are

• Experience: 3+ years in full-stack software development.

• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and learns quickly.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to commit to decisions while building strong team relationships.
• Preferred Skills: Previous startup experience and cloud tech stack management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $170K–$220K
• Equity: 0.50%–1.50%
• Bonus: $17K–$22K
