Responsibilities

Testing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for server products, including hardware, firmware, and software.
• Ensure alignment of testing methodologies with company standards and project requirements.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor the testing team, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations. Promote collaboration with R&D, production, and other departments.

Test Execution & Management:

• Oversee execution of test cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and resolve issues during testing, maintaining and optimizing test tools and environments.

Process Optimization:

• Drive improvements in testing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. ? Introduce automation tools and techniques to streamline testing operations.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure server products meet industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
• Prepare detailed test reports, highlighting risks and improvement recommendations.

Client Collaboration:

• Communicate progress, results, and concerns with clients.
• Address client-specific testing requirements and provide technical insights.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the SMT, Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin a plus and English.
• Proficiency in cross-departmental collaboration.
