Looking for a Micro Lab Tech to join a company located near the West Chester, PA area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sterilize laboratory equipment, media, and reagents.
• Collect, process, and analyze microbiological samples.
• Perform routine microbiological tests, including culturing, staining, and microscopy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in the development and validation of new microbiological methods.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to support research projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field.
• Previous laboratory experience, preferably in a microbiology setting.
• Strong understanding of microbiological techniques and principles.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
