Role Overview:

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical projects, with at least 3 years in Master Data Management (MDM) and Master Data Governance projects in Oil and gas Industry is preferred.
• Deep understanding of MDM processes, data governance, and data quality management.
• Experience with data integration tools, ETL processes, and data modeling.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management & Leadership:

• Lead and manage MDM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and ensuring that tasks are completed as scheduled.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including data architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, reporting progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues.

Master Data Management and Master Data Governance Experience.

• Provide guidance on MDM strategy, processes, and best practices
• Ensure the effective design and implementation of MDM solutions
• Oversee data governance, data quality, data integration, and data modeling efforts.
• Drive data stewardship initiatives and ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across systems.

MDM Platform Expertise:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of MDM platform solutions.
• Collaborate with support and other technical teams for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Ensure integration of MDM tool with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and data sources.

• Knowledge on Azure Devops.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience.
