Arrow Workforce Solutions is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operators to join the dynamic team. In this role, the candidate is responsible for driving autonomous vehicle platforms on various public and private roads in order to obtain data and troubleshoot technical issues.

Tenure - Full Time

Location - Mountain View, CA

Hours - 8 am to 5 pm

Pay Rate - $28 - $32/hr

Responsibilities

• Uphold high safety standards both inside and outside the vehicles.
• Maintain situational awareness and a strong understanding of the technology, adapting to changes in the environment as needed.
• Perform critical data collection for engineering teams using advanced proprietary software and hardware while communicating effectively across multiple channels.
• Exhibit self-motivation and sound judgment, requiring minimal supervision to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Represent the technology with professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with management, engineers, and the public.
• Display leadership abilities by providing training and mentorship to fellow drivers.
• Manage, organize, and share operational documents with the relevant team members efficiently

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in autonomous vehicle testing
• Valid US driver’s license with 7+ years driving experience and a clean driving record (DMV record will be obtained)
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; demonstrated communication, analytic, mathematical, and reasoning skills consistent with a BA/BS degree;
• Proficient computer skills, including basic troubleshooting with the ability to utilize proprietary tools
• Ability to learn quickly and implement new concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to demonstrate safe driving in all weather conditions, including snow
• Subject to pre-employment drug screening, DMV and criminal checks, and random drug screening
