Job Description:

• Travel to customer locations to provide installation, commissioning, and setup services for new or existing equipment
• Perform maintenance, repairs, testing, and adjustments using mechanical and electrical expertise.
• Deliver operation and maintenance training to customers.
• Manage global travel arrangements and plans efficiently
• Diagnose, repair, and confirm equipment functionality at customer sites in line with service or maintenance contracts.
• Offer remote support via phone for equipment startups or troubleshooting.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Service Manager.

Software Capabilities:

• Proficient in Rockwell Automation software.
• Skilled in troubleshooting software, electrical controls, and mechanical systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of material handling processes.
