About the Role

Are you excited about building from scratch and transforming how we engineer the physical world? You will be the first Electrical Engineer to play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology.

In this role, you’ll:

  1. Design, Build, and Test Circuits:
  • Develop and optimize prototype boards for industries like automotive, aerospace, and computing.
  1. Build and Maintain a State-of-the-Art Testing Lab:
  • Source and set up advanced testing equipment (oscilloscopes, DAQs, sensors, etc.).
  • Design automated testing processes using tools like Python, LabView, and SCPI.
  1. Run Experiments and Troubleshoot:
  • Test and debug PCBs, root cause failures, and improve controls for common failure modes.
  1. Collaborate Across Disciplines:
  • Work closely with software engineering and machine learning teams to integrate AI-driven insights into the electrical engineering domain.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in electrical engineering roles, preferably in industries like aerospace, automotive, or semiconductors.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with tools like Cadence, Synopsys, and Ansys, plus hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or Nvidia Jetson.
  • Programming Skills: Regular use of scripting languages like Python, LabView, or Matlab in your work.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong skills in debugging and addressing EMI/EM parasitics.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who excels in cross-disciplinary environments.
  • Innovative Drive: Genuine enthusiasm for applying AI and ML to solve real-world problems.
  • Hands-On Approach: Passion for building and tinkering, whether professionally or as a hobby.

Competitive Compensation: Base salary range of $150,000–$220,000/year, with equity and benefits.
