Location : On-site in West Palm Beach, FL
Salary : 50-70K (Based on experience)
We are searching for a junior-level web analyst with 6+ months of experience in HTML/CSS web design. The rest will be trained but must have strong communication skills and the ability to learn and solve problems with the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CSS with the ability to make basic design adjustments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software.
- Ability to conduct engaging, interactive presentations (in-person and virtually).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality or tech industry.
- Knowledge of basic HTML or JavaScript.
- Prior experience conducting training sessions or webinars.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales acumen, technical proficiency (including CSS), and the ability to articulate solutions in a way that resonates with potential clients.
- Technical Skills (CSS):
- Utilize CSS to customize client account interfaces, ensuring alignment with their branding and functionality requirements.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to troubleshoot and implement minor design changes as needed.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in CSS and web design to enhance client satisfaction.
- Sales Execution:
- Proactively identify and recommend new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Account Creation & Management:
- Set up and configure client accounts in our platform, ensuring accurate data entry and optimal account setup.
- Provide ongoing support and training for clients to maximize platform utilization.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and support team to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Demo Presentation:
- Conduct engaging and tailored product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to craft presentations that address client needs and highlight our platform's value.
- Collect feedback during demos to inform product and process improvements.
