My client, a ~$2bn AUM investment management firm is looking to add an Analyst to their team. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, performing financial analysis, and making investment recommendations to support our portfolio management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of convertible securities, including bonds, preferred stocks, and other hybrid instruments.
• Evaluate financial statements, industry reports, and market trends to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for portfolio managers and clients.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop and implement investment strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments and provide recommendations for adjustments.
• Stay current with regulatory changes and industry developments affecting convertible securities.
• Participate in meetings with company management and industry professionals to gather insights and information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Investment Management
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in investment analysis software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
