A nationally recognized discount retail company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor at their distribution center in South Boston,VA. The salary will range from $65k-$80k +bonus.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing a safe distribution environment, responding rapidly to requests for service or repair, and developing action plans for improvement. This position requires being available 24/7 to support the distribution center operations.

They are looking for someone with the following:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in an automated distribution center
• Maintenance experience
• Knowledge of systems: conveyor, sort view, graphical monitors
• Vocational skills training in a trade preferred
