Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations in our small but dynamic warehouse. Handling less than $4 million in orders annually, this role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a close-knit team environment. The Team Lead will ensure smooth and efficient operations, high accuracy, and excellent customer service while supporting and training team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

• Take ownership of the warehouse, ensuring seamless operations regardless of presence.
• Train and mentor team members on warehouse procedures, product knowledge, and order packing efficiency.
• Maintain order accuracy at or above 97.5% while meeting hourly packing goals.
• Manage order fulfillment using Netsuite and shipping through Shiprush.

Order Management:

• Respond promptly to all warehouse emails, including reward program and case-related inquiries.
• Process and pack orders efficiently, including orders placed after the 11 AM cutoff for next-day preparation.
• Add rewards to orders and ensure accurate discounts are applied using established logs.
• Handle buybacks and opening orders, ensuring they are added to sales orders and appropriately charged.

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding buybacks, opening orders, and general questions.
• Create and apply credit memos accurately to sales orders.
• Attend in-person or Zoom sales meetings to stay informed on new promotions and policies.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all add-ons, discounts, and rewards are correctly applied and included in order shipments.
• Monitor warehouse efficiency and accuracy, implementing improvements as needed.
• Regularly print and review orders throughout the day to prepare for the next day’s operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or team lead role.
• Proficiency in order management systems (e.g., Netsuite, Shiprush).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and support team members effectively.
• Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus.
