Position Details:
- Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)
- Status: Full Time (Exempt)
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may vary)

The Executive Assistant to Cabinet Member, Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
- Responsible for providing a broad variety of advanced administrative support to a Cabinet Member including collecting and preparing information for meetings, composing and preparing correspondence, maintaining contact lists, making travel arrangements and completing expense and mileage reports.
- Schedules meetings for executive with internal staff and external individuals/organizations.
- Prioritizes inquiries and requests while troubleshooting scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements for the executive.
- Arranges and handles logistics for meetings and events: schedules meetings, drafts agenda’s, develops, compiles and distributes presentation materials and may record meeting minutes.
- Prepares reports and/or gathers information. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal leadership on matters pertaining to the executive including those of highly confidential and critical nature.
- Prioritizes and may determine appropriate course of action, referral or response based upon executive’s guidance. Works on other projects as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of individuals from inside and outside the organization. Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
- Ability to react to appropriate levels of urgency to situations that require a quick response or turnaround.
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED, Preferred associate's degree
Required Experience: 3+ years of Executive Assistant required
