Strategist:
The Strategist acts as the voice of the consumer in the creative process, ensuring our marketing efforts reach target consumers in the right way, with the right message. To this extent, utilizing knowledge of consumer research and trends to write creative briefs and evaluate work is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Develops compelling insights around target, category, brand, culture, etc through primary and secondary research.
- Harnesses intuition and data to develop sound strategies and inspiring briefs.
- Works with creative teams to collaborate and develop new ideas.
- Supports in the development and implementation of research initiatives.
- Assists in the writing of effectiveness cases.
- Partners with Brand Managers, Account Management, and Creative teams.
- Creates compelling presentations to help team convey strategy and creative recommendations.
Delivers on Data x Context x Creativity by:
- Current pulse on the digital platforms, tools, and trends that are reshaping media and advertising every day.
- Begin to understand the fundamental use of data and how it plays a critical role in the work produced for Clients.
- Ensures work is contextually relevant and resonant.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ year’ experience in strategy/planning, preferably in an agency environment.
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite an added plus.
- Executes with a high degree of precision, ensuring attention to details.
- Understanding of consumer research methodologies (quantitative & qualitative)
