Russell Tobin's client, an online food delivery platform is seeking a Project Manager. This is a fully remote position for San Francisco, CA 94107 with 12+ months contract with potential for extension.

Location: Remote (San Francisco, CA 94107)

Remote Role: 100% Remote

Work Hours: (Normal Business Hours, Monday-Friday)

Pay range: $50.00/hr. - $53.50/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze merchant data and solve operational issues to enhance the merchant experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Sales, Support, and Accounting to drive execution.
• Manage go-to-market operations and track progress against milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Set up, optimize, and analyze email campaigns for merchant communication.
• Ensure compliance and gather approvals for exceptions.
• Proactively share insights, resolve issues, and improve internal and external processes.
• Engage directly with merchants to understand their experience, address concerns, and manage ad-hoc requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in strategy and operations, project management, program management, or consulting.
• Proven track record of analytical problem solving and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn SQL to analyze business data.
• Strong ownership over multiple projects and workstreams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering results.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex datasets and make actionable recommendations.
• Project Management: Experience managing projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.

Education:

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field.
