Position: Logistic Coordinator

Salary: 55,000 annual salary

Location: Cleveland, Ohio - Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Requirements:

• 0-3+ years of experience working in a logistics environment (entry level candidates are encouraged to apply)
• High School Diploma/ GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required

A major freight and logistics client of Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive 3PL Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating third-party logistics (3PL) operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and sales/negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities:

-Act as the main point-of-contact for top-tier customer accounts

-Maintain and improve relationships with all current customers partners

-Provide timely responses to customer inquiries on RFQs and order updates

-Create orders based on sales quotes ensuring data is complete and accurate

-Provide freight rates for different modes of transportation, based on current market conditions

-Coordinate with various vendors on scheduling inbound and outbound shipments

-Audit vendor invoices and assist in the preparation of monthly customer invoices, based upon pre-determined rates
