Prequel is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to address a critical backlog and support purchasing operations for a flaghip financial services company in Pittsburgh. This temporary role offers the potential for extension and, if the fit is exceptional, the possibility of conversion to a full-time position (not guaranteed).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Procurement Analyst, you will:

• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Perform purchase order reconciliation and other procurement-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of hands-on purchasing experience.
• Experience with Oracle Financials (Purchasing Module preferred; Oracle Procurement or Oracle EBS also acceptable).

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite at our downtown location and 2 days remote.
