Workplace: Onsite, with hybrid remote work option
Compensation: $30-35 per hour
The Senior Human Resource Generalist will be responsible primarily for the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources (HR) functions at Inszone Insurance. The candidate chosen will have strong experience in reporting and analytics, a bias for action, the ability to form and maintain positive, professional relationships in all areas of the organization, and overarching experience in Human Resources operations.

Qualifications:

Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Participants in the oversight of mandatory training and adherence, and ensures that all offices and employees follow federal, state, and local requirement.
- Compiles and reports on all required data and metric requirements in an accurate and timely manner. The candidate chosen will be an advanced Microsoft Excel user, easily able to craft standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Works with team to complete operational requirements to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to: compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles policy-related inquiries, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- May attend and participate in employee investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Gains and distributes knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources which may include management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
- Analyzes data and statistics assigned for trends and patterns which may include budget, employee feedback, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
