Pricing Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop pricing and proforma P&L for healthcare clients. Individual will partner with Sales to ensure pricing is based on accurate mix of client’s census, as well as benchmark against customer-specific industry KPIs.
Develop Budgetary Quotes for Sales RPFs and bids.
Maintain Quote Sheet rates by region.
Update pricing for existing clients, which includes liaising with Operations, Sales, and Finance for latest customer trends on profitability and collections.
Support development, implementation, and execution of pricing for new and growing business lines.
Lead quote & bid approval process prior to Sales presenting pricing to client.
Key Salesforce stakeholder, loading pricing and tracking approval through the CRM application.
Partner with Legal team to ensure that final approved pricing rates are captured correctly in customer contract.
Support post-mortem analysis on new business actuals vs. proforma to track and measure bid accuracy on volume, mix, and profitability.
Manage pricing templates and models and updates them accordingly based on industry & regulatory changes.
Drive continuous improvement across pricing cycle, pricing models, quoting processes, and related applications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or appropriate field.
Minimum of 1-year previous management experience.
5-7 years of previous experience in Pricing or Financial Analyst roles.
Experience in the healthcare industry and ancillary services preferred.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Proficient knowledge of PM tools or applications
Exposure to ERP systems including Salesforce, Sage Intacct, UKG/Ultipro, NetHealth/Optima and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo) is preferred
Ability to take independent ownership of processes and initiatives.
Capable of explaining and effectively defending reasoning and outcome of analysis with Senior Executives.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Strong analytical acumen and intellectual curiosity to perform “what-if” sensitivities.
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills (across all levels of organization).
Demonstrated ability to work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse population.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, productive work environment.
Capable of managing, coaching, and mentoring team members.
Minimum Estimated Rate: $110,000
Maximum Estimated Salary: $120,000
