We love working one on one with our clients in an environment of visiting with friends while clients and staff share fashion and conversation. We are looking to hire a Sales Manager to spearhead all sales efforts


About the Role

Responsibilities


  • Creating the ultimate client experience by building relationships that result in a truly effortless experience for the client...while driven and motivated to achieve outstanding results.
  • Helping our clients to discover their personal style and confidence through fashion and ensuring that every client that walks in leaves feeling heard and seen and cared for.
  • Working with our out of town clientele by phone/text and Instagram
  • Finding creative ways to increase sales and the boutiques visibility
  • Constantly clientele to enhance relationships with repeat customers, while continuously providing the highest level of service to every customer
  • Maintain impeccable product knowledge on our designer matrix and all products through self-directed research.
  • Work with Buyer and Owner for awareness of seasonal fashion trends, and the fit and fabrication of all products to better educate the consumer
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ensure follow through on commitments to customers, coworkers, and others
  • Be on time, focused, prepared, enthusiastic, and positive.
  • Merchandising of boutique.
  • Assist with social media, email marketing (including layout and photography), sms text marketing. Feel comfortable in front of and behind the camera modeling our clothing/jewelry



Qualifications - 1+ years in sales ideally within the luxury market, design, hospitality or retail.

  • Willing to work some Saturdays (2 a month)



Pay range and compensation package - Competitive compensation based on experience. Base + Commission $48-$60,000, PTO, Holiday Pay, Insurance
