As a Sales Executive, you'll harness your expertise to nurture existing client relationships and spearhead new business development through a range of strategies


Key Responsibilities:

Become the go-to LHH Healthcare Industry Sales Expert, virtually representing us and serving as the resident sales guru.

Propel business growth through various avenues like cold calling, relationship nurturing, negotiation, forecasting, territory management, and delivering unparalleled customer service while selling staffing solutions.

Collaborate closely with our Fortune 500 Clients to strategize and craft bespoke staffing solutions that ensure their organizational triumph.

Develop client accounts and secure new business through candidate/client leads, referrals, and diverse marketing tactics.

Forge strategic partnerships with clients, analyzing their hiring needs and implementing tailored recruiting strategies and marketing initiatives.


Requirements:

At least three (3) years in business development/sales or relevant staffing industry experience.

Proficiency in cold calling, solution provision, account growth, metric review, and presentation delivery.

Exceptional relationship-building skills across all levels, with a strong grasp of labor and employment laws.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in individual and group settings.

Self-motivated, competitive, and adaptable to fast-paced, rewarding environments.
