What You’ll Do:

• Engage Clients : Build meaningful relationships by connecting with potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach.

Compensation

• 1st Year On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $65,000-$95,000+

Schedule : 32 hours/week, 9 AM - 5 PM (Fridays off!)

• Base Salary : Up to $60,000+
• Annual Bonus : 20% annual base salary bonus
• Quarterly Base Salary Bonus Eligible: Base salary can be increased by 5% if Key Performance Metrics are hit each quarter.

• On-Target Earnings (OTE) : Estimated $75,000–$100,000+ (based on experience level and individual performance)
