and driving revenue growth. We're seeking an Internal Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Associate to support our sales team in achieving sales goals. As an Internal Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats to address sales inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Generate Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other sales tactics. Although an internal sales position, some company travel might be required (less than 5%).
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Products: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information into our CRM system.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of sales experience.
- Proven sales track record, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and close sales deals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal skills with proficiency in CRM software, G-Suite, Microsoft Office products and social media platforms.
- Not afraid to pick-up phone and call customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus.
