Job description:

  • ACA (Affordable Care Act) is going strong & NOW is the best time to sell ACA deals and help your fellow Americans attain quality healthcare at no / low cost to them, while reaping highly attractive commissions.
  • We’ll provide INBOUND CALLS from nationwide celebrity-endorsed TV commercials, direct mail, targeted Ads & other promotions that bring the right client into your pipeline for an approx. 15-min phone close.


Responsibilities:

  • We’ll provide you with a complete Tech. stack to help you easily bring clients through the Sales Process & close deals. Your role would be a friendly consultant helping clients understand their ACA options and how to enroll through our industry leading technology. Our Customer Service team will then ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Complete Training will be provided.


Details:

  • Must maintain a consistent schedule of showing up with a positive attitude
  • Be able to handle 100+ phone calls per day
  • Immediately develop rapport with clients
  • Discover any specific pain points or unique situations
  • Close deals & complete the proper confirmation process


Preferred Qualifications

  • Health and Life Insurance License
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ambitious, Results & Goal Focused
  • Fast learner
  • Bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
  • Clear communicator with phone experience and professional phone etiquette
  • Consistent attendance Is a must


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of ACA programs is preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer and web-based applications.
  • Strong communication skills including active listening.
