How You’ll Make an Impact

• Spearhead the implementation of the LSG Production System to achieve operational goals.
• Train and guide management and employees on Lean principles and process improvements.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, productivity, costs, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze cost reduction potential and improve financial performance.
• Lead workshops, drive change, and deliver measurable results.

What You Bring to the Table

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial/Process Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience implementing production/process methods.

Lean Manufacturing Expertise:

• Deep understanding of Lean concepts, including Toyota Production System principles.
• Proven success in process redesign and Total Quality Management.

Leadership Skills:

• Experience leading teams, driving change, and achieving KPIs.
• Strong workshop facilitation and training abilities.

Technical Proficiency:

• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software.
• Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.
