They are looking to add a Client Relations Manager to their team in Denver, CO. This person will be a "seller" ideally with existing relationships with CDOT, counties, or local municipalities and head business development to bring in new projects.
About the role:
- Provide high level seller-doer support for a mix of client relationships, business development, and project delivery within an established practice area.
- Contribute to and oversee efforts designed to expand and extend client relationships to help meet sales goals by leveraging the organization’s expertise and capabilities.
- Construct detailed client development and retention plans in partnership with senior operational leadership to guide business growth activities and priorities.
- Mentor and guide staff in project and client relationship management tactics.
