National Channel Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts with partners, agents, and regional collaborators
  • Lead joint sales calls and support partners in closing opportunities
  • Identify and onboard new partners while expanding product expertise among existing ones
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Field Marketing, and other resources to support partner success
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales funnel and detailed profiles for all partners


National Channel Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years in field sales within telecommunications, focusing on UCaaS, SIP Trunking, and SD-WAN
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in indirect or partner-based sales programs preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time
