This position is for weekends (Fri-Sun) 7am-7:30pm.


Your Role

As the Diagnostic Inpatient Imaging Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the workflow of the inpatient imaging team, ensuring seamless and efficient patient care within a hospital setting.
  • Provide Exceptional Inpatient Care: Deliver diagnostic imaging services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric inpatients while meeting the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Enhance Team Excellence: Mentor and coordinate staff, ensuring they stay current with certifications, policies, and best practices specific to inpatient imaging.
  • Operate Advanced Equipment: Competently use state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging equipment to perform and support inpatient imaging procedures.
  • Foster Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between staff, management, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals within the hospital.
  • Drive Innovation: Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives tailored to inpatient imaging needs.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; must possess working-level knowledge of the English language.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in diagnostic imaging.
  • Licenses & Certifications:

Active registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.)

State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography

Current BLS certification (ACLS and PALS required within six months for specific roles)

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use digital tools for training, policies, and benefits.
