Are you passionate about providing services and support to children and families in your community? The Children's Home is looking for a Licensed Professional to join our expanding Children and Family Treatment and Support Services program in Sullivan County, NY!!


What you will do in your role:

The Licensed Professional will provide individual, family, and group services to youth between the ages of birth and 21 years old and their families in Broome County in a variety of setting to improve overall wellness.

  • Carry full caseload and provide clinical services consistent with agency productivity standards.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct reviews to monitor progress.
  • Complete and maintain all required documentation in a timely manner in the Electronic Health Record system.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff and outside service providers.
  • Provide supervision to other members of the CFTSS team.
  • Attend supervision and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
  • LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist required.
  • Supervision available for candidates operating with a Limited Permit.
  • Must have valid Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment.
