- The consultant needs to be in the customer office in New Jersey (Iselin, Edison) 3-4 days a week.
- The consultant needs to have experience in implementing ITSM projects.
- The consultant also needs to be able to provide thought leadership with senior customer stakeholders.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Hands On Experienced in implementation of ITSM solution using industry best practices
Seasoned with Custom App implementation.
Experienced of implementing in one of ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD other than ITSM.
Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation
Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration use case implementation
Hands-on development experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation
ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound
Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates and Mid Server
Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance
