IT Field Service Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Form 10 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage and support a nationwide customer base. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee field service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Field Service Operations: Oversee the daily operations of national IT field service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to end customers.
- Technical Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their IT needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of field service technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- IT Ticketing Systems: Experience with IT Field Service ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now, ConnectWise, Salesforce, etc.) to track, manage, and resolve service requests.
- Travel: Travel to customer sites across the country as needed to provide on-site support and build strong customer relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, business, or a related field. ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Five years of IT service management, field service operations and/or project/program management experience.
- Leadership: Proven experience in line management and team leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with IT ticketing systems and related technologies.
- Problem solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Location: Form 10 requires work from our HQ Office in Tampa, FL.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel nationwide to visit customers.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- US Citizenship required by our customer base; no dual citizenship permitted.
Pay: $65,000 - $80,000
