Job Title: UI Developer

Job location: Washington , PA 19034

Duration: 12 Months


Job Description:

The candidate for this position will be a member of a diverse team of developers working on customer experience applications. The candidate will be responsible for supporting all phases of the system development and implementation process including analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

The successful candidate will focus on the front-end development stack (Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JSON, Node.js). This position requires an individual with strong analytical, programming, problem solving, organizational, and technical writing skills who must be able to work on complex projects with minimal guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

· Front end development, coding in technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JSON, Node.js, Angular, React and REST Web Services

· Build features, enhancements, bugfixes along with coding and unit testing

· Conducts troubleshooting and remediation of production problems when needed

· Support the features in all environments and provide/maintain supporting documentation.

· Remediates defects found in code through the lifecycle of the code

Required Skills:

· 3-5 years working as a Developer

· B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields

· Fluency with Agile Delivery

· 3 or more years of experience developing applications using some of the following technologies: React, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery

· Familiarity with Object Oriented design concepts, data structures and algorithms, service-oriented architecture is desirable

· Ability and willingness to learn new programming languages/technologies

· Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge in building Cloud Native Application is a plus
