Title

Wealth Management Analyst

Location

Cottonwood Heights, UT

Hours and Duration

Full-Time; Three-year analyst program and opportunity for associate promotion thereafter.

Responsibilities

Planning

o  Financial plan data entry, modeling, and analysis

o  Updating existing financial plans

o  Other planning tasks and projects as needed

Administrative

o  Client onboarding

o  Client service requests

o  Scheduling meetings

o  Other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Other

o  Prospecting

o  Attend client/prospect meetings

o  Creation of financial statements and investment reports

o  Data entry and reconciliation

o  Enter call notes in CRM

o  Prepare meeting materials

o  Training other analysts and interns on projects and responsibilities

Qualifications

·      Demonstrates company core values of Trustworthiness, Excellence, Leadership, Connection, and Wellness

·      BS/BA, MBA, or MSF

·      Prefer pursuing either CFP® or CFA® designation

·      Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

·      Experience with financial modeling in MS Excel

·      Experience with Morningstar Direct and eMoney Advisor

·      Prefer experience with Salesforce

·      Extreme attention to detail

·      Strong writing and communication skills

·      Prefer GPA of 3.0 or higher

·      General accounting and investment knowledge
