Client, a leading Pacific Northwest Heavy Highway General Contractor specializing in bridge construction and rehabilitation, is seeking Two (2) Project Engineers for upcoming projects in Portland, Oregon, and Kelso, Washington. - Pile-driving
- Structural concrete

Responsibilities
The Project Engineer will support the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in the following areas:
- Managing project controls in the field, including project submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Tracking and reporting project quantities.
- Providing technical interpretation of project requirements to trade labor.
- Conducting survey and layout activities.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Assisting in project schedule updates.
- Ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
Qualifications
Required:
- A degree in Construction Engineering Management or Civil Engineering OR a minimum of 4+ years of project engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to handle challenges, adapt to changing conditions, and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong economic-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills for informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate to project locations for the duration of the project.
