Java Full Stack (Heavy Backend)

Must Have: Java (Team using Java 8), Restful API's, RDBS (Oracle, SQL), Solid AWS skills (ECS, RDS, GLUE, S3)

Nice to have: React, Kafka, ETL

• Bachelor's degree or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

• 6 or more years of software development experience

Hands on development using Java tech stack, including Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot and Junit to support existing and building new applications.

• Experience with one or more database technologies, e.g. Oracle

• Experience in building REST APIs and Micro services

• Knowledge of test-driven development and testing frameworks

• Knowledge of one or more cloud technologies like Cloud foundry, AWS

• Knowledge of one or more messaging technologies, e.g. Kafka, IBM MQ

• Knowledge of data formats like JSON, XML

• Experience in Agile development methodologies

• Experience in version control tools like SVN, GIT
