Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and manage the business metrics reporting process and perform ad hoc reporting requests.
• Own key executive reports and metrics that are consumed by Relay leadership
• Generate actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards and deep dive analyses
• Analysis of data and metrics to identify trends and support decision making, including written and verbal presentation of results and recommendations.
• Engage directly with leadership to recommend business intelligence solutions.
• Model complex/abstract problems and discover insights using statistics, data mining, and visualization techniques.
• Automate processes by developing deep-dive tools, UIs, metrics, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders

• First BI hire for team
• Dealing with backlog of requests
• Triage and prioritize requests

• Connecting Data Systems with BI
• Building QuickSight dashboards

Candidate Requirements:

• Ownership, Invent and Simplify, Delivers Results
• 4+ years experient
• Heavy SQL experience
• Some Python
