Junior Systems Administrator

Lansing, Michigan (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Project Overview

This position would be working on a wide range of applications focused on internal and external customers and assignments include, but not limited to, designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Networking & Systems
• Some Coursework or experience with Object-Oriented based programming (Java preferred)
• Coursework of experience with databases & scripting (SQL)
• Ability to learn, and work as a member of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, systems analysis, computer science, or relevant IT degree.
• Relevant internship is a nice to have

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Administer the current Systems
• Assist in gathering requirements and project specifications
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication.
• Perform routine site maintenance as needed.
• Other tasks as needed for successful project completion.
