About the Role

As Vice President of client Success for the North Dallas region, you will be the face of OP to our flagship client, TOYOTA, a trusted advisor who bridges strategy and execution, and a leader who inspires excellence across every engagement. In this role, you will champion client success by fostering long-term partnerships, driving innovation, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services. With a specific focus on the automotive vertical, you will leverage your deep industry expertise to craft tailored solutions that align with client goals while elevating OP’s reputation as a leader in Cloud, AI/ML, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture.



What You’ll Do


Strategic Client Leadership

  • Serve as the executive point of contact for key accounts in the North Dallas region, with an emphasis on our automotive clients.
  • Understand clients’ unique challenges and collaborate with them to develop forward-thinking solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
  • Develop long-term business strategies with clients, identifying key initiatives and actionable steps to achieve mutual success.
  • Represent OP’s value-driven delivery model, ensuring design integrity, architecture compliance, and delivery excellence.

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Drive client satisfaction by delivering measurable business value and fostering trusted partnerships.
  • Engage in regular conversations with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing personalized service, being responsive, and following up on commitments.
  • Establish trust with clients and focus on results, ensuring alignment with defined revenue and margin targets set by OP.
  • Manage a P&L of $15+ million, maintaining top margins while driving exceptional client outcomes.
  • Anticipate client needs by staying ahead of technology trends (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Data Analytics) and introducing transformative innovations.
  • Act as a trusted consultant, bridging the gap between strategic vision and execution.

Business Development & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities by exploring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Create compelling proposal documents that clearly articulate how OP’s services can solve client challenges and add value.
  • Develop and continuously improve a robust customer database, capturing client information, preferences, and intentions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate strategic opportunities into actionable business solutions.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Client Success team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment across Delivery, Talent Management, and Finance to optimize account health and profitability.
  • Advocate for employee growth and well-being, ensuring team members are supported to deliver their best work.

Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee the global delivery model for our North Dallas clients, ensuring seamless collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
  • Establish and maintain metrics-driven processes to measure account performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, setting a high standard for quality, innovation, and service excellence.

Visionary Thought Leadership

  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies.
  • Represent OP at client events, conferences, and industry forums, establishing the company as a thought leader in the automotive and consulting industries.
  • Collaborate with OP’s senior leadership to influence company strategy and drive growth initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 10+ years of senior-level client leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing and growing large accounts, ideally within the automotive vertical.
  • Strong familiarity with the North Dallas region and its business ecosystem.
  • Extensive delivery experience in a global delivery model, managing diverse onshore and offshore teams.
  • Big 5/Global consulting experience is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of client success methodologies and best practices.

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or Business is required.
  • A Master’s degree (MBA or relevant technical field) is strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to bridge strategic insights with technical execution, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
