What We’re Looking For
To thrive as the IT Helpdesk Supervisor , you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or something similar.
- 6+ years of IT support experience, with at least 3 years leading a team.
- A knack for Office365, ITIL frameworks, and wrangling Windows/Mac OS like a pro.
- Jedi-level troubleshooting skills and a love for solving problems.
- A personality that shines—communicative, patient, and ready to mentor.
- A valid CA Driver License (bonus if you’ve got a playlist for the drive).
