Job Title: Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Location: Phoenix, AZ, Lone Tree, CO Hybrid ( Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays on-site)
Duration: 18 months

- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in organizational change management focusing on business processes and outcomes.
- Solid experience and a deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated capability to develop creative solutions that engage the heart and mind to drive change. ADKAR certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in conducting stakeholder and impact analysis to define a series/sequence of activities to influence stakeholder commitment and embed changes into the environment at both the organization and individual levels
- Ability to fluidly apply knowledge from other disciplines such as communications, adult learning, leadership development problem solving, org design and design thinking
- Strong facilitation skills to engage at all levels and across diverse teams in both in person and virtual settings
- Effective communication skills including the design and delivery of effective and impactful presentations
- Analytics and measurement acumen with an ability to leverage data to tell a story that drives action
- Advanced experience in change management; Prosci, or other Change Management certification is preferable
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, influencing, prioritization, project management, decision-making and conflict resolutions skills
- Self-starter; takes initiative and can work independently as well as collaborate with team members and key stakeholders
- Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of operations or service organizations is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required
