We are hiring on behalf of one of our partners in the US for a hybrid, full-time opportunity. This role requires at least 1-2 days in the office each week.

We’re seeking a full-stack developer with experience building products across the stack. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud-based hosting environments, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Objectives of this role

• Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable
• positive user experiences and measurable business growth
• Develop new features and infrastructure in support of emerging business and
• project requirements
• Assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards
• for code quality and application design

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design,
• implementation, and deployment
• Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed
• and scale
• Write clean, well-documented code for new projects, as well refactoring existing
• code base to make it more efficient, maintainable, and easier to understand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, Jira, and
• frequent videoconferences
• Required skills and qualifications
• At least three years of experience in building web applications
• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript/React, PHP/Laravel, MySQL, AWS, Git
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in unit/integration testing

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or
• engineering
• Experience working in a start-up environment with smaller teams
• Comfortable working with loose requirements and switching projects on short
• notice to prioritize customer and business needs
• Mobile app development experience a plus
• Professional certification(s) a plus
