THIS ROLE IS ONSITE. MUST BE LOCAL TO NEENAH, WI

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE and CompTIA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years working experience, with proven effectiveness and a deep technical knowledge, of server operating systems, virtualization, and enterprise technologies.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies | Infrastructure Systems Engineer

• Advanced knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Server Operating Systems as well as enterprise applications, such as Active Directory, e-mail, Application Deployments and Scripting for Automation.
• Advanced knowledge of new and emerging enterprise technologies, systems, and resources in the industry.
• Basic knowledge and experience in Networking technologies such as TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPN proxies and gateways.
• Ability to develop, improve and document.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to mentor and motivate staff
• Ability to travel locally and work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays if needed
