The Role:

As a Founding AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the company’s core systems. You’ll tackle challenging technical problems, experiment with state-of-the-art AI models, and see your work make an immediate impact in a real-world setting.

Tech Stack:

• Core Technologies: Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Next.js
• AI Tools: OpenAI, Anthropic, STT/TTS models, open-source frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and deploy AI/ML models for improved performance and reliability.
• Build scalable systems capable of handling real-time, high-volume interactions.
• Enhance speech recognition capabilities in challenging environments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for seamless product deployment.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong coding skills (Node.js or Python preferred).
• Experience with AI/ML or audio processing is a bonus.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and loves solving tough challenges.
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office role).
