We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Onboarding/Implementation Specialist to join our team, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients into our modern communication solutions.
About the Role
In this role you will be working closely with businesses of various sizes to transition their current telephone service to our industry leading alternative.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure clients are proficient in using our services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
- Oversee the provisioning and activation of our replacement services, working closely with technical teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, ensuring exceptional customer support and promptly addressing any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and processes.
- Continuously assess and optimize onboarding procedures for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or account management.
- A deep understanding of POTS replacement services and telecom technology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
